about
Romance is in the air at the San Junipero. Take a drive in your Chevy Camaro and crank up the volume to the first collaboration between artists driver405 and Coleurs. Both known for their 80s synth-pop-inspired electronic music, the two rising producers release a catchy new tune that you will find yourself humming for days. Inspired by a local Los Angeles synthwave event and the legendary Black Mirror episode, the song magically paints the picture of a young man finding the love of his life at an 80s concert.
The track has been supported by many artists in the retrowave scene, but most notably, was played out live by resident DJ, Faithintheglitch during several Dark Disco/Night.Wav events of 500+ people during ‘San Junipero: A Retrowave Party”.
The young artists first performed ’San Junipero’ live during their show at Que Será with Missing Words, Jak Syn, and The New Division in Long Beach, CA to an excited crowd. Stay tuned for more to come from driver405 and Coleurs in 2019!
